Speak Out: Board Game

You will not be able to stop laughing with Hasbro’s new and very popular game Speak Out. You play by trying to read out loud to your teammate, different silly phrases from a deck of cards. The catch is however, that you wear a mouth guard while trying to speak!

This game is hilarious and will bring all of your family and friends together. It’s comical trying to watch your teammate(s) read funny phrases while having to wear a mouth piece that doesn’t allow them to speak properly. There is a sand-count timer that counts down, as teams try to race each other to see who can guess the most phrases their partners are trying to say in 30 seconds.

The game includes 200 double sided cards that say silly things like “pelicans love pollywog falafels”. As well the game also includes 5 mouth pieces, and a timer. More mouth pieces can be purchased online, from separate sellers, for a chance for more people to play. Speak out is currently #4 on Amazon’s top 100 Toys and Games.

Although it is currently sold out on, you can use our tracker to find when the next one will be available!

Let the Terror Begin!

Supermassive Games! No I’m not talking about games that are massive; I’m talking about the company Supermassive Games. Heard of them? I have heard bits and pieces about this UK Company, but I’ve never really known them until now. Their new game Until Dawn is one that will keep you at the edge of your seat. It’s a horror game that is set in a hotel area. There is a psycho serial killer on the loose, and you and your friends are next on his hit list. What’s worse is that there is more than just a killer on the loose. There are also jump scares from ghosts, and other creepy creatures of the dark! Personally, I hate horror games. They scare me, and I could never play them. Even if it was high noon, and my friends were all around I still wouldn’t pick up a horror game to play, but this game is different. For some odd reason I want to give it a try! It is scary, horrifying, gruesome, or any other adjective that describes creepy. So, why do I want to try this game? Honestly, I have no clue it just seems fun. I am hoping that Until Dawn will be the game changer that makes me enjoy these types of games. The suspense, and horror are, from what I’ve seen, outstanding! Ready your nerves, and prepare for a horrific adventure because the fun is just about to begin in the crazy universe of Until Dawn! Until Dawn will be coming out for the PS4 only, and will be coming out sometime in 2015.

Dying Light

You can purchase Dying Light at

The zombie infection is spreading like wildfire! Companies like Treyarch and Valve are famous for their zombie games, but now Techland is joining in on the zombie mayhem. Dying Light is no ordinary zombie shooter. In fact Dying Light is geared towards survival, and “not” killing every zombie you see. Guns are loud, resource hogs, and heavy. This makes you think “should I shoot, or should I leave with my life?” Dying Light also has another trick up its sleeve when it comes to playing the survival game. Unlike the all-famous Arma 2 Mod, DayZ, Dying Light is not just about gathering supplies to stay alive. Dying Light turns survival into a parkour adventure. You can climb poles, buildings, vehicles, etc! It’s not just about running around on the ground looking for weapons and supplies anymore. Now it’s about staying alive with the resources that you have, and the skills that you’ve learned. You can use these skills on missions. You earn XP that you can use to upgrade skills such as dodging. Zombie games have become extremely repetitive for the past few years now. Most of the zombie games are about guns, guns, and guns. The bigger the gun the easier it is to survive, but that is not always the case. Sometimes your guns cannot save you from a sticky situation, and running away is your only option. Dying Light is a fresh new game that reinvents the way we look at zombie survival. Dying Light will come out on January 27, 2015, and will be $59.99 MSRP.

Battlefield 4

On October 25, 2011 my video gaming experience was changed forever! For those of that do not remember October 25, 2011 was the day Battlefield 3 was released. This game blew my mind! The frostbite 2 engine in Battlefield 3 opened my eyes to the potential of first person shooters. From the indestructible environment to each gun having its own recoil, Battlefield 3 changed the way I looked at first person shooters. Now Battlefield 4 is going to be released! Hopefully Battlefield 4 will continue to bring in new and entertaining gameplay, but for now we are all stuck at the edges of our seat waiting for this game to be released! Luckily, we have the comfort of the Battlefield 4 demo. By watching the demo I am happy to say that Battlefield 4 will still have amazing graphics, gameplay, and a destroyable environment! Even though the demo is fantastic some questions are still unanswered. For instance what new weapons will be featured? Will the multiplayer be different from Battlefield 3? Will Battlefield 4 fix all of the problems that Battlefield 3 presented? For now we will have to wait, but from the looks of things the wait will be worth while!

Trashies UTF Battle Arena

When it comes to creativity and playability most toy companies are usually on top of their game. Moose is a good example of a company that puts its time into creativity and playability for all of its toys! The Trash Pack series is a cool new series of collectible little monsters in your trash can! These squishy little trash creatures are great for anyone who enjoys collectible items. At first these toys were just collectibles, but now you can purchase Trashies playsets that can shot, spin, and catch your Trashy toys! The Trash Pack Ultimate Fighting Trashies UFT Battle Arena is a playset that has extended the Trashies universe! This playset comes with one trashies figure, one UFT arena, instructions, a spinner, and guards for your arena.

This playset has its pros and cons. First let’s talk about the pros. The playset is creative and has tons of great features. You can easily take any of your trashy characters and place it onto the spinner. It is extremely fun to watch, and you can play as many games with your friends as you would like! Even with all of these amazing features the playset does have a bit of downsides. The playset may require an adult to assemble, but overall it is pretty self-explanatory. The only other downside that I was able to find with this playset is that it only comes with one spinner and trashies collectible, but otherwise the product preformed amazingly! The Trashies UTF Arena is a cool and fun playset that can really entertain!
